Blooming Hill Farm was the perfect low key location for The Ramsden’s Summer wedding. A fellow wedding photographer in the Hudson Valley, Cait met Brian at a wedding that she was photographing in the Hudson Valley at a venue where he was working.
This was truly a DIY wedding. The bride did everything including creating her wedding dress from a BCBG/MaxAzaria strapless dress and then, with help from her grandmother, added a tulle over-skirt.
She borrowed a 70-year-old jade and pearl necklace from her grandmother which she wore as a headband.
She and her friends made the flower petal cones and the flower crowns and her Mom and grandma made the sweet cakes decorated with wildflowers collected around the farm property.
See more of this gorgeous, intimate wedding featured on Style Me Pretty! I’m obsessed with the bridesmaids’ dresses-they chose their own.
